Partial Approval:

1.NITA-U will cater for all Disaster Recovery services as well as equipment and shall host them at the National Data Centre.  Therefore they are not part of the bidding document.
2. KCCA may proceed with the procurement of networking equipment for the extension and enhancement of network connectivity to Divisions.
3. All software and virtualization related licenses may be procured by KCCA and can be included in the bidding document.
4. Equipment intended for the upgrade of storage and infrastructure at the Primary site may be procured and hosted at the KCCA Data Centre.
5. Furthermore, the upgrade of KCCA’s existing firewall, NAS storage solution, disk-based backup appliance and procurement of other related accessories may proceed and can appear in the bidding document.
